The cable carriers in the EasyTrax series from Tsubaki Kabelschepp allow extremely fast cable laying: cables, hoses and so on are simply pressed into the flexible lamella crossbars. No tools are required. This makes it possible to fill up to one meter of cable carrier in less than a second, saving installation costs.
The flexible crossbars of the EasyTrax series have other benefits as well. They swivel sideways and not into the cable space, allowing a very high fill level. A clever divider system, including height separations ensures reliable separation of the cables. To protect the flexibles, the chain compartment has smooth surfaces without interfering edges. The cable carriers are available with inner heights from 4.6 to 31mm and inner widths from 7 to 78mm.
A key advantage of the EasyTrax cable carrier is the 2K-technology. It combines rigid chain bodies made of GRP material with flexible crossbars made of flexible special plastic. This allows the construction of cable carriers that combine the seemingly contradictory properties of stability and flexibility.
The use of GRP results in a higher additional load than with similar cable carriers of this size. The sturdy design of the EasyTrax series ensures high torsional rigidity and supports extensive unsupported lengths. The link joint system delivers high side stability. This solid plastic cable carrier is also very quiet during operation owed to integrated noise damping.
