For smaller parts, where sliding head lathes have traditionally been used, lathes in the TTS series meet the most demanding requirements. This twin spindle lathe has a 12,000 rpm, oil-cooled driven tool turret and integrated spindles with synchronous motors. There is also the option to include a tailstock for machining between plate/clip and counterpoint while the part is finished on the sub-spindle.

In addition, for larger parts that require the same level of precision, there is the TTL series. This turning centre for high production with 8 motors integrated is able to work with 3 tools simultaneously as it has X3 movement in the subspindle. This is due to the fact that the movement of the turret is added to that of the subspindle working in slave mode, creating a joint movement of both elements

In some cases, it is even possible to work with 4 tools simultaneously. Using overlapping machining, one of the turrets and the subspindle are programmed. In addition, the other turret could be programmed with a simple path and the second tool would benefit from the subspindle movement. Infinite configuration possibilities which help to significantly reduce the cycle times.
