AMEC
has acquired project services company
Rider Hunt International Limited(RHI) from its owner managers for £25m in cash.
Based in Godalming,
The company is staffed by some 240 professionals working in 15 countries and has locations in mature markets and frontier regions, including

RHI will continue to be operated as an independent, stand-alone business, with AMEC providing services to facilitate growth.
