We had a relatively modest response to our poll last week, with 175 responses; but the conclusion was unmistakeble. A clear majority of respondents, 54 per cent, thought that cyber-crime was a priority for their organisation, with fewer than half of these, at 26 per cent, saying there was no strategy to counter the threat. Only 7 per cent said that cyber-crime was not a priority, with the same proportion saying it wasn't relevant to their business at all; 6 per cent said that they'd been directly affected.
