The new power plant will feature Alstom’s triple-pressure reheat 'Optimised for Cycling and Constructability' (OCC) HRSGs. This design is said to deliver significant customer benefits, including improved performance and optimised fabrication and construction practices. The OCC’s operational flexibility and daily cycling service means that plant owners can match the amount of electricity generated at different times of the day to actual demand.
