This mobile high viscosity pump is being used by a customer transferring a highly viscous mix from containers who wanted a flow rate of around 35-40 L/min.
The mix had a viscosity of around 29,000 cst, with suspended solids and they wanted a pump which could be easily maneuvered around their plant and used for the emptying of containers for tank to tank transfer.
They didn’t want to have to spend a lot of time training how to use the pump, or have the kind of pump which could be easily damaged, or require complicated maintenance.
Having this trolley mounted design ensured operation could be made unattended and by a single person without an individual having to support the weight of a pump designed for high viscosity transfer. Further more the pump could easily have its transfer rate controlled or stopped.
Looking for a mobile pump that’s easy to handle, locate, control, and can be operated with very little training without risk of damage?
