Koki’s latest solder product: high performance and Mycronic approved jetting solder paste

One of Koki’s latest innovations is S3X70-E160DN – a high-performance, high speed jetting solder paste, offering excellent consistency without slumping. It is halogen free and, crucially, it is approved by Mycronic for use in their range of MY machines…

This product is designed for high-speed and fine pattern JET dispensing (over 50k dots). It is often used for prototypes as it reduces the need for costly stencils and instead the programme can be adjusted to change the size and/or location of the dots. Ideally suited to automotive, aerospace, and military applications, it ensures good meltability for the dispensing application solder paste in N₂ atmosphere reflow and is very resistant to temperature variations.

High speed jetting can be expensive to run, requiring a great deal of maintenance and regular filter changes, however Koki’s S3X70-E160DN solder paste reduces maintenance by half, thanks to its lubrication and flux.
