1. The more spray nozzles, the closer you can get the spray bar to the target.
2. The more spray nozzles, the more even the fluid distribution will be.
3. The fewer spray nozzles you have, the cheaper the spray bar will be.
4. With more spray nozzles, you will be able to use narrower-angled spray nozzles to get complete coverage. This can affect overall impact for applications such as cleaning because wide-angle nozzles have much less impact.
