Albert Genau, a global leader in durable and user-friendly window systems, partnered with Essentra Components to design a new espagnolette for their window systems, which are both mobile and heavy. The challenge was to create an ergonomic, durable, and long-lasting solution that met high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Essentra designed a Push-Button Swinghandle Lock System, which was developed using 3D CAD drawings and prototypes. This solution and full support from Essentra ensured seamless integration into Albert Genau’s window systems, providing ease of use, reliability, and cost efficiency.
The result? Improved product ergonomics, cost savings, and award-winning designs, including recognition by RedDot, IF Design, and Good Design awards. This decade-long partnership continues to drive innovation, ensuring Albert Genau’s window systems meet evolving customer needs.
