Bosch Rexroth will be delivering a speech at the Industry 4.0 Summit.
The speech, titled ‘Turning ideas into reality: the real story behind one leading manufacturer’s journey to full automation’, will be delivered by Hans Michael Krause, head of sales – processing and packing at Bosch Rexroth, on Tuesday 4 April, 11am at the Manchester Convention Centre.
Krause will be discussing why manufacturers must adapt to what has been hailed as the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’. He will also demonstrate how, as a leading automation supplier and manufacturer, Bosch Rexroth helps companies understand the challenges inherent in preparing for Industry 4.0.
Alongside the speech, Bosch Rexroth will be showcasing a selection of its market-leading Industry 4.0 solutions at stand H40 from the 4-5 April. These will include: an Industry 4.0 demonstrator, communications platform ActiveCockpit, a web connector, and other networking tools.
Krause said: “When it comes to Industry 4.0 and the digitalisation of industrial processes, manufacturers must be prepared. Industry 4.0 is a fantastic opportunity for UK manufacturers to remain globally competitive. However, with only 48 per cent considering themselves ready for the challenges ahead, there is clearly work to do to ensure that no one gets left behind.
“Bosch Rexroth has a wealth of experience in this field. Its selection of Industry 4.0 solutions is already helping businesses, including our own, to automate production and increase productivity. I look forward to discussing the opportunities that lie ahead for manufacturing and demonstrating the potential that Bosch Rexroth has to revolutionise processes across the UK and beyond.”
Bosch Rexroth will be on stand number H40. For more information click here.
