Glaston is a privately owned company and was founded in 1979. The company has 26 employees. Customers range from small to larger size companies within the manufacturing industry.
“We are making this acquisition to further increase presence in the North West of England,” said Alexander Pavlov, General Manager of Atlas Copco Compressors UK. “Glaston Compressor Services is a well-established provider of compressed air and industrial gas solutions, with a broad customer base. The product ranges offered by Atlas Copco and the professional service provided by Glaston are a very good match and enable us to increase our customer offer in the region.”
The company will become part of Atlas Copco Compressors UK.

The purchase price is not disclosed.
