It is depressing to read how much money and intellect has been used on developing electromagnetic guns.
Michael Hinton makes spending another £1bn on making an EM gun a reality sound like a good thing. What about when ‘rogue states’ or terrorists get hold of the technology? How many people must die from this new terror our governments seem to prize above education, health, energy, food and all the other essentials?
