Amongst other questions we’d like to ask what – in your view - is driving the skills shortage? What skills and disciplines are most in demand? And what actions is your own organisation taking to retain existing talent and nurture tomorrow’s engineers? And for those of you advancing your career in engineering, we also want to find out how you got into the industry and how your employer is supporting your career journey.
