RWE Innogy
has acquired a 23.75 per cent stake in the Spanish wind-farm operator, Explotaciones Eólicas de Aldehuelas.
This acquisition, made through RWE’s Spanish subsidiary Agrupació Energías Renovables (AERSA), increases its overall share of the company to 45 per cent.
