Morgan Constructionin
, a designer and producer of rolling-mill products and services for the metals industry, for an undisclosed amount.
Siemens intends to take over 100 per cent of the company’s shares, subject to the approval of relevant authorities.

Siemens’ VAI Metals Technologies, which is headquartered in Linz, Austria, will be responsible for Morgan Construction when it becomes integrated into Siemens Industrial Solutions and Services division.
