Progressive cavity pumps, an industry staple for several years, have been subject to a design and performance make-over by
NETZSCH. Their new-technology NEMO M.Champ range has a unique construction with only nine major components, a reduction of over 70% compared to conventional pumps of this type. New features include a built-in reserve stator and maintenance-free drive chain, helping to set new standards for long-life and reliability.Five pumps are available in the range, suitable for use with low to highly viscous fluids, even with solids inclusion, providing capacities up to 85m3/h (360 gpm), at pressures up to six bar (85 psi)the pumps are extremely versatile.
