Plexus’s grip on Norway

Plexus, an oil and gas engineering services company, has agreed to supply a wellhead system to offshore oil company Norsk Hydro Produksjon for use in the Norwegian North Sea.

According to Plexus, its equipment offers time and safety benefits for exploration wells drilled from the latest generation of Jackup rigs because it allows the blow out preventer (a large valve at the top of a well) to remain in place.
