Ondrives have this week launched the arrival of a standard gearbox only products catalogue to showcase their core product range whilst advertising their abilities to produce specials to customer’s requirements quickly and easily, the company states.
In all, 25 different ranges of gearboxes are featured, all of which are manufactured in-house by Ondrives Ltd at their strategically placed manufacturing plant in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England. Having production premises on hand means greater control over quality & manufacturing of standard and special components. The company is very proud of it’s achievements with this sector of their growth and anticipates an increase in demand due to high volume enquiries increasing. Ondrives are happy to take on your special requirements for mechanical gearboxes, no matter how large or how small. No quantity will be left unquoted if the specifications are feasible.
Repair and refurbishment of old or worn boxes is also offered, just send in your sample and we’ll quickly send you a quote for the work required. Manufacturing capabilities now mean that sub-contract machining is another service offered with new CNC machines, turning centres, horizontal and vertical machining centres all readily available to take on your projects and an assigned project manager to ensure work is of the highest standard. Drawings are produced with state of the art 2D and 3D CAD packages and this further enhances the new e-cad section on the Ondrives website which is a new online service for configuring and downloading 2D and 3D CAD models. Freely downloadable in seconds, in either industry standard CAD formats or native formats for all major mechanical systems.
Standard product ranges include wormwheel gearboxes, helical and bevel boxes, spur and epicyclic as well as planetary and there are handy selector guides for customers to decide which box is best for their application.
