Rittal’s AE wall boxes can now be installed as a suite with the introduction of the new AE Baying Kit. Available for AE enclosure sizes from 800mm high to 350mm deep, the new kit comes complete with screws and nuts for rapid assembly eliminating the need for thread-tapping, while ensuring the correct compression of the permanent seal. A self adhesive universal seal is also supplied, along with bayable sealing elements and corner pieces allowing the adaption of individual enclosures.
Some of the AE wall mounted compact enclosures are watertight and are able to withstand spray water from all directions. The IP69K rating guarantees the enclosure remains watertight even under adverse conditions such as a high pressure wash directed at the enclosure, with a water pressure of 100bar at a temperature of 80 degrees. As well as being watertight the AE range offers a high resistance to chemicals so are ideal for situations where corrosion resistance, combined with a high protection category are required.
Featuring a one-piece body construction of durable 304 or 316 stainless steel and certified to NEMA 4X, with secure locking system and locks, hinges and mounting plates which are all vibration resistant, the AE enclosure range can withstand the harshest of environments.
