Honeywell to acquire Lebow
Honeywell is to acquire the Troy, MI-based Lebow Corporation for an undisclosed sum.

is to acquire the Lebow Corporation, a manufacturer of automotive and aerospace force and torque sensors and load cells based in
, for an undisclosed sum.
Lebow will now become part of Honeywell’s Sensing and Control business unit.
The deal is expected to be completed in the third quarter this year, subject to the usual customary closing conditions.
Other recent acquisitions made by Honeywell’s Sensing and Control business unit include Sensotec in 2003 and Invensys Sensor Systems in 2002.
