Hamilton Sundstrand buys Dosatron

Hamilton Sundstrand has signed an agreement to acquire Dosatron International, a designer and manufacturer of specialised dosing/metering pumps.

Dosatron is a privately held company, and terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Dosatron, based in Tresses, France, supplies advanced water-powered dosing pump systems and accessories for customers in agricultural, irrigation and industrial business segments. It will become part of Milton Roy, one of Hamilton Sundstrand's three Industrial companies.

Oswald, president of Hamilton Sundstrand's Industrial group. ‘The acquisition is also a great addition to our Milton Roy businesses allowing us to expand into new products and add to our presence in France.’
