QinetiQ subsidiary, cueSim is working with Red Bull Racing to develop a Formula One driver-in-the-loop-simulator that will give the team a tool to evaluate vehicle dynamics.

, a Qinetiq subsidiary company which specialises in developing simulators, is working with Red Bull Racing to develop a Formula One driver-in-the-loop-simulator.

This will provide Red Bull Racing with a tool to evaluate vehicle dynamics and performance characteristics for different simulated environments.

According to a statement, the Red Bull Racing F1 simulator will incorporate a real F1 car cockpit, integrated into cueSim's Real Time All Vehicle Simulator (RTAVS) simulation platform.

The simulator will be fully immersive with a large field of view, projected displays and a high fidelity database of race circuit imagery.
