These businesses are described by Dow Epoxy as leading epoxy systems formulators in their region and the acquisitions will accelerate the growth and geographic expansion of the Dow Epoxy Systems business unit, launched earlier this year.

Dow expects to complete each acquisition within 30 to 45 days. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
