Expro, the Reading-based well-flow management company, has won three contracts worth more than $50m in Asia and Latin America.
In Asia, Total in Indonesia awarded Expro one contract to provide mechanical wireline services in support of the Sisi Nubi gas field development project. A second contract involves a joint venture with China Oilfield Services in support of Canada’s Husky Energy’s deepwater exploration programme offshore China, and a third contract covers well-testing for Thang Long in Vietnam.
In Latin America, Expro’s Production Systems group engineered a well-testing package to be permanently installed on a dedicated well-testing boat for Energy Sea and Land Projects. This was in support of Pemex’s well-commissioning, testing and clean up operations.
The contracts are due to start late in this financial year, with revenues to be phased over five years.
