TRELLEBORG INDUSTRIAL AVS
Anti-vibration specialist Trelleborg Industrial AVS recently conducted an electronic satisfaction survey of the performance of its innovative Customer Contact Centre in Edinburgh, and won exceptionally high approval ratings in most fields, and an overall rating of 73 percent. The Customer Contact Centre was set up in 2004 to process all orders for anti-vibration and suspension components used in rail, marine, offhighway and industrial applications.
