AMEC inks nuclear service agreement
AMEC has announced its Nuclear business, Nuclear Safety Solutions, has signed a two-year general service agreement with China's Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Company.

(TQNPC). TQNPC is the owner/operator of two CANDU nuclear power stations.
Under this agreement, AMEC will provide operational support services to TQNPC to assist them in maintaining their plants' performance. AMEC has 30 years experience of supporting the operating CANDU plants in Canada.
An acronym for Canada deuterium uranium, the CANDU reactor is a Canadian-developed pressurised heavy water reactor.
